This page explains how users of the Eat Truck Love (ETL) app can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
Eat Truck Love is an internal operations app. Accounts are created and managed by ETL administrators, so account and data deletion is handled through a verified request rather than an in-app button.
On a verified request we delete the personal data associated with your account, including:
We may retain a limited amount of information where we are required to by law, or for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution and record-keeping purposes. Aggregated or de-identified business data (for example, outlet sales totals) that is not personally identifiable may be kept.
We aim to verify and action deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them, and we will confirm by email once completed.
